2020-2021 Registration Deadlines: We have spots remaining and registration is ongoing. Registration Procedures: All applications must be completed in full and submitted with a $250 non refundable registration fee. Acceptance in the program is based on availability in the following order of priority 1. Child currently attending GJK 2. Child or sibling has at any time attended GJK 3. Child currently resides in Glencoe (i.e., family owns, rents, or has a contract to purchase a home) 4. Child currently resides outside of Glencoe Registration Procedures: All tuition payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. Total yearly tuition is due in four installments, March, April, May and June 1, 2020 or may be paid in full on March 1, 2020 and receipt for payment will be sent via the Glencoe Park District. A $25 late fee will be charged for any payment not received by the 15th of the month. Failure to pay installments on time may result in forfeiture of class enrollment. We reserve the right to cancel or change class offerings at any time. For families with a demonstrated financial need, special financing arrangements may be available. Families will be notified by mail from the Glencoe Park District of acceptance in the program within seven days of registration. Applicants for whom space is not available will be placed on a waiting list, if desired. The director retains discretion to make class changes and place children outside of the registration priority or the waiting list if such placement is necessary to maintain age and/or gender balance in the preschool classroom.
